We must first understand what a team is. A team is a group of individuals who come together by certain circumstances in order to achieve a goal which is held by all of them. But not every team has teamwork. Teamwork is the ability to cooperate and communicate effectively by using or combining the skills and talents of all the individuals in a group or on a team to achieve a common goal.
